GET TO KNOW ROBYN.
If you're here looking for a therapist, there's probably something in your life that isn't working anymore. Maybe you know exactly what it is, or maybe you just know you don't want to keep feeling this way. Wherever you are with it, that's where we'll start.
When we get curious about what we're struggling with today, we often find old stories underneath. Beliefs about ourselves that have been there for a long time.
These stories take shape in different ways. Some are spoken to us directly. Others develop quietly over time through our experiences, relationships, and ways we've learned to make sense of the world. Before we know it, they become our normal.

Some of those stories helped us survive. The question is whether they're helping us live.
Whether you're coming to therapy on your own or with your partner, I want you to know what working with me is like. We'll slow things down, notice what's happening beneath the surface, and get curious together. We'll question the stories that no longer belong and make space for compassion instead of shame. I'll help you put words to experiences that have never quite made sense and stay with yourself long enough to begin trusting what you already know.
That kind of work asks a lot of you. It asks you to be honest, vulnerable, and willing to share parts of yourself that may not have felt safe to share before. I don't take that trust for granted. From our first session, my hope is to continue earning it through the way I show up.
This work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, accepting yourself more fully, and discovering the freedom that comes from no longer believing you have to be anyone other than yourself.
