Our billing manager, Jenn Ortega, offers hands-on support every step of the way. She provides clear, step-by-step guidance, conducts three-way calls with clients and insurance providers, and remains accessible by phone, text, and email. She is also happy to discuss payment plan options when needed, helping reduce financial stress so clients can focus on their healing.
