GET TO KNOW CASEY.
I call myself a “Life Sampler” because I have always wanted to explore and soak in the world around me. I believe the purpose of life is to experience joy, and I enjoy helping people reconnect with and lean into play, creativity, and quirkiness. I value individuality and uniqueness, which is reflected in my strengths-based approach.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ communities, and those exploring sex positivity, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
Utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based focus, and movement therapy, I support clients in uncovering their innate resilience and building strategies for personal growth and well-being. This approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship.
I am committed to supporting clients on their journey towards self-discovery, healing, and thriving in all aspects of life. As someone with an uncommon upbringing, my experience with international travel; Hollywood and the entertainment industry; diversity, social justice, and intersectionality; code switching and neurodiversity, give me a unique understanding of the human experience (among other niche areas of interest). I thrive on learning both the broad strokes and intricacies that combine to create an individual’s lived experience, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect and collaborate with you in a therapeutic setting.
Some of my personal interests include: learning languages; playing with my 100 lb. pit-bull mastiff, Atlas; discussing philosophy; creating charcuterie boards with friends; going to live shows; hiking; traveling; yoga; singing; and dancing.
