I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to show up as their full selves without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences openly while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I view therapy as a partnership and strive to meet each client with curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and respect for their unique lived experience.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and family conflict. I also have specialized experience supporting clients struggling with behavioral concerns, substance use, sexuality and identity exploration, and specifically individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I understand that emotional struggles often develop in response to overwhelming experiences, unmet emotional needs, or patterns that once served a protective purpose, and I aim to help clients better understand themselves while developing healthier ways of coping and connecting.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual client’s needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based perspectives, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions to support both insight and practical change. I value helping clients not only process difficult emotions and experiences, but also build concrete skills that can improve daily life and relationships outside of the therapy room.
