I see my role as creating a space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and free to explore the
full range of their inner worlds without fear of judgment. My approach is relational and
integrative, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we honor the whole person: mind,
body, spirit, culture, and lived experience. I strive to walk alongside clients with curiosity and
care, supporting them in making meaning from their experiences while reclaiming connection to
themselves and others.

I understand many emotional and psychological struggles as rooted in unacknowledged or
unsupported experiences of loss—loss of identity, relationships, safety, community, or hope. I
work with individuals, couples, and families who are grappling with relationship difficulties,
substance use disorder and questions around sexuality, identity, and consensual non-monogamy
(CNM). Whether you're navigating complex feelings about your relationships, dealing with the
impact of substance use, or exploring the intersection of your personal journey, a compassionate,
non-judgmental space for you to process and grow is endemic to our work.

Being that everyone uniquely experiences this life, my approach is engaging and integrative;
tailoring the theory to the individual. By blending humanistic and existential frameworks with
trauma-informed techniques and psychodynamic principles, I focus on helping garner insight
into your experiences while also providing practical, actionable tools for lasting change.
I specialize in working in substance use, harm reduction, chemsex, sexual orientation/identity
and HIV-related support, as I bring an understanding of the unique challenges these experiences
can present. The LGBTQIA+ community and those exploring ethical non-monogamy are
additional areas of focus and training available for clients to leverage and feel seen.

I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s not only insightful but collaborative. Together,
we will explore core values, growth opportunities, and often, find time to fill the space with
laughter. You are deserving of a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

Change isn’t always easy, yet you don’t have to embark on the journey alone.
